To sign up you will need to provide us with:

- your details
- details of your executor

We ask you to nominate an executor, someone who we might contact in the event of your death, so please have these details (address, phone, e-mail) handy before proceeding.

We are being realistic and matter of fact, we are not wishing to be offensive, insensitive, cause harm, or upset anyone - we offer all these facilities in good faith - so, as we don't censor, judge or restrict data, please, don't leave defamatory messages, don't slander anyone and use this opportunity to make peace.

We will not under any circumstances divulge your data or e-mail address to anyone.

As we are a not-for-profit internet organisation, we reserve the right to modify access, security, software and site facilities for the purposes of improvement on an ongoing basis.

In essence we have set out to help you. WHEN YOU DIE - after proof - we e-mail the messages you have left to who you detailed, we post the cards with the words you compose, and we telephone who you ask us to - reading out what you have written - it's that simple.
